- Ingredients: Rice.
- Preparation Method: Step1 – 2 cups of boiling water, add 1 cup of Eastern pathiri podi and salt as required. Step2 – Mix well and knead when still hot to make smooth dough. Make small balls of this dough. Sprinkle some rice powder and roll into thin pathiris. Step 3: Cook on hot tawa without using oil.
