UltraLite All-Purpose (SLV) Sandblasting Venturi Nozzle

Our UltraLite Sandblasting Venturi Nozzle features a polyurethane jacket and threading, making this sandblasting nozzle 60% lighter than traditional tungsten carbide nozzles. The reduced weight helps to minimize operator fatigue, allowing for longer, more comfortable sandblasting sessions. Featuring a long venturi design with a converging entry and diverging exit, the UltraLite SandblastingVenturi Nozzle creates a wide blast pattern that increases abrasive velocity. With this all-purpose nozzle, you can blast almost any project with ease, even on extended jobs.
Please Note
If you’re using silicon carbide, steel grit, or aluminum oxide abrasive, we recommend considering a Boron Carbide nozzle for optimal results.

• Material: Polyurethane jacket and threads for an ultra lightweight feel.
• Bore Size: This Venturi nozzle comes in 5/16″ (#5), 6/16″ (#6), and 7/16″ (#7) bore sizes. See the chart in the listing photo to check what size you need.
• Length: #5 – 5.83″, #6 – 6.83″, #7 – 8.07″
• Thread Style: 1-1/4″ and is threaded with 11-1/2 threads per inch using National Pipe Straight Mechanical threading.
